At Gramercy Dental Arts we want nothing but the best dentistry available for our patients. We are passionate about never compromising the quality of our care and service. We understand that financial consideration weighs heavily on your decision and we will work with you to overcome that obstacle.
We offer several payment options to accommodate our patient's needs:
Cash, check and all Major Credit Cards are accepted.
All financial arrangements for restorative, cosmetic, and neuromuscular/TMJ treatment must be finalized and charged one week in advance of starting appointment.
Payment made in advance with cash or check will receive a 5% courtesy. Credit Cards a 3% courtesy.
Patient Financing
We have partnered with Springstone Financial and CareCredit® to offer you extended payment plans including many with a long term interest free period. Please take the opportunity to determine which one works for you by clicking on the logos below.
Insurance
At Gramercy Dental Arts we made a choice to diagnose your dental health based on raising your quality of life and not on raising the insurance conglomerates' bottom line. We are a "fee for service" practice.
As a service to our patients we process all dental insurance forms and immediately submit them for you so you receive the reimbursement check as quickly as possible. You also receive a copy for your records before leaving the office. Maximum out of network coverage occurs with most dental insurance companies. We can help you estimate the level of coverage your insurance company will provide for all procedures to reduce your out of pocket expense. As a courtesy to our patients we will accept your assignment of the predetermined benefits for most procedures including qualified initial appointments so you only have to remit the difference in advance.

If you have any questions when filling out these forms, please do the best you can, our staff will assist you with your questions on the day of your visit.
